Meet Wayne Whiting, a dedicated real estate professional with extensive experience helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the market with confidence. A Chesterfield native, Wayne graduated from the Virginia Military Institute in 2012 with a degree in Psychology, bringing a strong understanding of communication, negotiation, and client relationships into every transaction. ​ Driven by a passion for real estate, marketing, and investing, Wayne became licensed in 2019 and has since built a reputation for delivering results in residential homes, investment properties, and land sales throughout the Richmond area. Known for his strong negotiation skills and strategic approach, he leverages in-depth market knowledge and data-driven insights to help clients price homes competitively and maximize value. His listings are known for generating strong interest and selling quickly. ​ Wayne takes pride in providing a personalized, results-driven experience for every client, whether they are buying their first home, upgrading, downsizing, or building an investment portfolio. ​ Outside of real estate, Wayne enjoys spending time with his wife, Holli, and their children, Austin, Trey, and Kai. He’s also passionate about traveling, running marathons, and attending concerts.
